Delicious and good breakfast with fresh products. Amazing and lovely room, with central heating, a laptop-size safe and multi-channel television. The most important - stunning and awesome location very close to the beach.

Beautiful gardens made for a quiet setting.
Our experience was tainted by issues . The ceiling of our room leaked during the rainy season, and despite calling three times for help, the only solution was a towel on the floor. The spa's calm music was constantly interrupted by reception errors.

Despite the great installation, the sewage system has some shortcomings, for example unpleasant odours from the shower drain in the bathroom. Moreover, for some reason the phone rang once in the morning at 5 o'clock and the next day at 7 o'clock in the morning. Disturbed us, of course. One morning a service team wanted to install a safe at 9 o'clock - I don't really think that's appropriate in such a resort.

Where to begin? It was all simply excellent! From personnel to cleanliness - really praiseworthy. We had a great relaxed time here and were able to explore Lombok a bit on the side. Great pools, great breakfast- we'd come back!
Restaurant prices partly high, but the service is reasonable because the resort is a bit outside.

The breakfast had variety of food and it was delicious and extensive. The entire staff were competent. The location was unbeatable and incredible, short walk to beautiful gardens with big swimming pools, an interesting beach, and Lombok.

The beachfront views from our villa took my breath away 🌅 The service was fantastic, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Only downside was the wifi being a bit spotty at times.
